By taking part in this promotion you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. We, JD Sports Fashion plc recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. JD Sport Fashion BV (“JD Sports”)and Hotel Lima PR & Communications are the promoters of this promotion.

1. What can you win?

There will be 2 winners who will each win:

• 2 standing tickets for DAVIDO in concert on Saturday 30 November (the “Event”) at Amsterdam Ziggo Dome (the “Venue”); and

• 2 pairs of sneakers (up to a maximum value of EUR 200 per pair (exclusions apply)), together, the “Prize”.

The Prize is subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours in respect of sneakers). The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. JD Sports has been able to contact winners and has been able to confirm eligibility by 10am (Netherlands time) on 29.11.24)). JD Sports has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD Sports. JD Sports shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD Sports is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. Exchanging any part of the Prize package is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online resale marketplace). JD Sports reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

It is the winners’ responsibility to arrange and pay for anything excluded from the Prize. Transport to the Venue is not provided by JD Sports and all winners must pay for their own travel to and from the Venue, as well as any meals or accommodation (including any companion attending the event).

Nike Dunk, Adidas Original Yeezy, Air Jordans and any sneakers / trainers with a value over €200 Euros are excluded from being selected by winner as part of the Prize.

Sneakers / trainers that are currently “sale” items may be selected by winner as part of the Prize, stated sale price at time of selection is under €200 Euros.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and a resident of The Netherlands. JD Sports reserves the right to ask the winners to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. JD Sports reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

5. Closing Times

The promotion will commence on Tuesday 26 November 2024 at 12.00PM (Netherlands time) and will end on at 27/11/2024 23:59PM (Netherlands time). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

6. How are winners selected?

JD Sports will randomly pick 2 winners from the qualifying entries on Thursday 28 November 2024 by using random.org. The decision of JD Sports is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves). The winner will be announced through Instagram comments and will be asked to send us a conformation of accepting the prize via Instagram DM by 10am on Friday 29th November 2024. In the event that the winner does not communicate their acceptance of the Prize within this period of time. JD Sports reserve the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

7. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including travel to store, Event and / or external location; (ii) complete all stages of the How to enter section above; (iii) provide accurate contact details; (iv) provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the promotion; (v) adhere to local laws in The Netherlands (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser. JD Sports will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

By ticking the appropriate opt-in boxes you agree that you will receive regular communication from JD Sports (and its affiliates). JD Sports will use personal information which you provide, or which we obtain through our dealings with you, to sign you up to marketing materials provided by JD Sports (and its affiliates) and to administer the promotion. By taking part in the promotion, entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at JD Sports NL’s and Hotel Lima PR & Communications request if they are a winner of the promotion. Entrants agree that JD Sports (or any third party nominated by JD Sports) may in its sole discretion use their comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants’ consent.

JD Sports reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.

10. Which law applies to this promotion?

This promotion is governed by the law of The Netherlands and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in The Netherlands.
